Not at all a fan of this type of cap raise. I will eat my hat if the share price stays above 15c for the duration of the offer. The only incentive for holders to take part will be a free option, and we will have this hanging over us for a month and a half before shares are issued. Should have timed it a bit better and done a quick raise to soph investors.
