This is good news as the obvious next step from getting KfW loan approval is to raise the matching equity. This can be done in several ways such as getting further project partners, equity from large players in the supply chain, pre-sales or raising new equity with an issue of shares. Undoubtedly EGR needs to demonstrate to KfW that it has a credible pathway to raise funds and the easiest way to do so is have this approval.
SML to replace existing ML is getting tantalisingly close. Next step I imagine is getting forward sales commitments. There are known stakeholders who are likely participants.
