Sadly, even though I support this news by RIM, which doesn't really mean much as this will be overshadowed until this mess is determined by litigation/arbitration, which costs us unnecessary $$$ and again will attract the negative activists by the other side imo which flooded this forum recently.
Can't see this being settled by Xmas, so will sadly cost $$$$ and consume us all into H1 2025 imo.... Especially going off what I witnessed watching GPR's fumbling/babbling and dragging out a simple statement to the judge imo during the recent live court hearing... 15 mins is all this should have taken, turned into 1.5hrs, wasting $$$$$ imo, WTF... Sigh!!!
