CCM AGM

I gave the Annual Report a look through so I can consider my voting intentions. What a joke this company is! To think I have been a shareholder since May 2021 (a lot less time than most of you).

My voting intentions and reasons:

1. Against remuneration report - the AR says there's a remuneration committee. Elsewhere it says that the committee does not sit as it is considered by the whole board and the Chairman decides. A SHAM.
2. Increase directors fees - already $300,000 pa and they don't spend it all (a surprise!) - they don't need an increase nor do I trust them to spend it wisely - AGAINST
3. Re-appoint Sargeant - OK
4. Ratify prior issue of shares - They committed the company to purchase MOPL without telling us why, including a feasibility study, and have committed to 15 m issue of shares (4m issued to escrow at the moment). Where is this project really at? Is there any benefit from our share dilution? They are going nowhere with the HPA project. I DON"T TRUST THEM. Against.
5. Additional 10% - NO WAY
6. Options for Rolly - He has a contract worth $360,000 already. He doesn't need options AGAINST
7. Options for Babington - In additional to directors fees, his legal firm gets compensated for all legals - AGAIST
8. Options for Sargeant - he gets directors fees , what else does he do? Lack of information AGAINST
9. Options for Chong - gets directors fees what else does she do? Lack of information AGAINST
10. Performance Rights for Rolly - a reward for no performance? Has a contract AGAINST

It is time the board gets a kicking to wake them up.

Since May 2021, the share price has diluted and lost 90% of its value and I don't see anything in the report and lack of progress to see things changing in the years to come. It is no longer economic for me to sell out to retrieve my pittance. I will hold but no longer monitor future progress. I call this a "bottom drawer head in the sand" sentiment (BDHIS).
