So our managing director apparently has been given a performance rating of 98.75%… His short term performance rights have gone from 360k last year to 1.07mil this year and long term from 1.78mil to 2.53mil..
This is in addition to his salary increasing from 355k to 440k.
If this performance is 98.75%, then I can only assume that means the board is accepting that the past years performance is as good as we will ever get.
