Yes thats a good look, a lot of directors dont partake as much in a cap raise, great sign actually.
Counter point would be he wanted to get in at discount and was not expecting the sell down, price was trading 1.3 when raise was made, also dont forget he is taking out approx $100k a year from company accounts for attending a few meetings.
But yes thats very positive, the end of the day the numbers are what matters, need sales to pick up substantially, spending on average 3.5 mill a quarter, whilst bringing in less than 100k, paying out more and more salaries , like this appointment today, doing more cap raises. Something needs to change.
