what’s legal here? intentionally driving SP before CR - Is this legal? We see this happening all the time lol when you have a deceptive management they always manage to scam retails ‘legally’. and this always happens when the management has no skin in the game. This board members never lose anything. They are sitting on free shares, options, fat salaries. what makes them work hard for shareholders? what makes them work against dilution? nothing.
I still haven’t received any response from this management regarding the request I sent 9 days ago. What does this tell you? my brother and myself have over 2m shares combined, my average at 11.8( I managed to trade on side and made approx 20k profit which means I’m at 17k loss which is not significant. I’m not frustrated with the SP itself. I’ve had worse paper losses and made much more after waiting patiently). if the management can’t even provide simple clarification, how do you trust these dogs to be honest and do things morally right? lol
