Interesting how the company is doubling down on the potential efficacy of CDH17.
All the points in the slide below are noteworthy but the last one is particularly interesting, because tumour infiltration was also called out in the Comms to instos and sophs during the book build for the placement. Something to watch - May be evident in the early PET scans for each patient as tumours expand after the initial CART administration (“pseudo progression”) as the CART enter the tumour before eliminating it (so the tumour subsequently reduces in size)….
