I have been a long-time investor in this Company dating back to 2014 when it was KRB, then TTW, then CML and now GCM.
Looking through the history, Prof Sorrell (the technology vendor) led the Company's 6-year Torrington Topaz research project at the UNSW.
I presume part of this 'easy, no upfront cash' deal was related to the past relationship building during that era with previous TTW and GCM management.
Given the market reception on a bad trading day, it has been a good outcome for present GCM shareholders however it occurred .
I look forward to hearing more and seeing how this exciting technology progresses.
