As a long term investor with CBE I see the Scoping Study as an oversight by a very enthusiastic junior with high potential assets. BHP won't be phased by the retraction and my hunch is that having backed them through the Xplor programme and showing their intent for a JV, BHP will take this all the way. The Okavango Project is no doubt in the shop window too. Capital Raises are part of the course. I'm sticking.
