I should not have to justify managements poor performance by how many shares I own. No retail investor should.

No-one should be exempt from the law, spec sticks can fail, and that’s the significant risk. They fail for many reasons, but to fail due to greed and planning from management should not, and is not listed on any product disclosure document.

Anything you wish to disclose - just that when someone signs up for their first post and comes after the person with the most information. It reads very odd.

anyway - i once worked for a company for few years that I cant disclose the name. Out of 8 hours working days for those few years - my actual work was only a few hours... lucky 2 to 3 hours...
