I think that for what happened today we need to take a step back to avoid looking at AL3 in isolation and consider the rest of the market.
My portfolio was at +1.18% today until the RBA announcement regarding inflation.
As soon as the announcement came the majority of my stock that were well into the green went negative for the day bringing my portfolio down at -0.84% for the day, hence why I think this is not a pump and dump but a conjunctural issue.
We all know that small caps love low interest rates. If the RBA announces a rate cut on November 5, we will go gangbuster.
If not, well we will be red all the way.
