State Street is holding stock for a variety of parties and combining them as collateral for a loan put them over 5%. Yesterday they received collateral security equalling 11.9 mil ZIP stock which put them back under the 5%. Could have been for shorting, hedging, arbitrage or any manner of things - ZIPs vast pool of liquidity is ideal and nobody is ever going to get into a short squeeze, I'd be tipping.
