Is this some sort of a joke or are they serious ? Achievement of positive EBITDA Margin in FY2027 is one of the hurdles for Mike L to be awarded
200,000 performance rights. They can't be serious ??!! Looks like Mike said in a boardroom meeting something like " These options to buy shares
isnt working as the share price keeps falling and the options are out of the money. Plus I have to raise funds by selling shares to pay for the options. Let's go for performance rights instead that are awarded for free, will save me a lot of hassle " . It's a disastorous message to shareholders that acheiving a postive EBITDA in 2027 is somehow a significant milestone that requires rewarding. ie. If we are just above cash flow break even in 2027 let's all celebrate and break out the champagne to celebrate a magnificent acheivment by Mike and Team M7T. Really ?
