View attachment 6576885if you look at the AABC presentation with the graph of the performance of the anteoX enhanced Mercedes anode hitting 1000 cycles @ 73% capacity retention, you can estimate that Ultranode would be very close to hitting 800 cycles at 80%. will this trigger a milestone payment?

View attachment 6576912Anteotech produced its 1st Ultranode battery in January this year. and have hit 900 cycles at >70% capacity retention now. only need 100 more cycles and 10% more retention. I would imagine Manuel and the team would have learnt a lot since January and would be running test with many different anode/cathode/electrolyte formulations at the moment with our improved testing ability.
don't think they will need 3 years for the arena milestone and 11 more months for the QLD milestone. meaning a certain amount of the $5.4m could be in Anteotech's coffers relatively shortly.
also this is what happened last year with the January quarterly with the tax rebate included
View attachment 6576930View attachment 6577218a bit of creative book work will cover the 2 quarter funds requirement for the jan quarter. $2.4m tax rebate with similar figures would leave around a $200k loss.
then the cr options full due middle of April if holders want the double dip.
so with some of the $5.4m of grants in ado's bank, tax rebate jan quarter and the options in the money by middle April, a cr mightn't be needed. (but this is anteotech and it's best to not totally discount anything.)
$349K today which is big improvement, build on that, grants, tax rebate and option conversion and a big Mercedes partnership/investment ( the mercedes bit is wishful thinking and I still really enjoy writing mercedes as a partner ) and cr will be a thing of the past!!!!!
