Or DC and BOD have read the room really well and stopped us over committing and entering RNU into agreements that would have been unprofitable for the sake of keeping small time shareholders like us happy by building a plant that wouldn’t make money. It’s not rocket science and from what i understand the price of graphite isn’t at a level that would deem mining profitable at the moment. Thats an unfortunate but it is fact although not to say this might be changing in the future as different scenarios play out ( or not)
