It all comes down to this :
Essentially, business costs cut to minimum until the deal is done ... November/Early December.
Not prepared to raise funds in the meantime and cause dilution, will fund directly ( via directors loan ) if required.
So we wait & see what deal Wayne is bringing to the table, and if he can get it across the line.
