As the Shareholders of this Company we are ENTITLED to know what our CEO has been doing
In the past three months I have:
had a meeting
or 12 meetings with potential partners
or have been unable to achieve a meeting
or have been progressing discussions
or have received an expression of interest
or have been unable to advance discussions
or am awaiting a response
I don’t expect names and numbers…
To hide behind Confidentiality Agreements is a self important smokescreen and is completely unacceptable and again goes to very poor governance
