Not Holding this stock but If i was the executive than I would raise the capital right now as I can sell the new hiring of CEO as a great selling point and could raise good chunk of money at these high prices. Else this is going down quick to sub 0.01. No one would hold a company with 50m Market cap and have 1 million or less in the Bank and making huge losses.
