Lots of resolutions here:

1. Shareholders should vote against the re-election of Dr Isacoe. She has been nothing but an empty seat for this company. Too busy on the speaking circuit and not enough attention to AHI’s affairs (or lack of).
2. AHI is continuing to deal with some questionable characters. Adrian Mudronja is an online grifter who charged for trading advice in Australia whilst unlicensed. He has since fled overseas but is now ‘RG146’ “licensed”, despite not having an AFSL to provide advice under and seemingly bashed out a couple of compliance training courses to provide some clout about his ‘qualifications’ and ‘licenses’. Similar playbook to Scholz who was also engaged by AHI to ‘market’ the stock in conjunction with Danny Chen. Both also unlicensed and have both since fled Australia. Do a Google search for FundedX and AJ Currency.
3. Why is Goldstein required on the board given he was bought in to manage and help AHI list on the NASDAQ? Surely the company needs to slim down given it is not generating revenue
4. KapVista is a platform that promotes emerging companies. Interestingly AHI is not mentioned anywhere on their publicly available pages.

More red flags than a chinese military parade.
