if business is to have access - it should be in writing, to civil servants, who report to government -
AND any attempt by ANY executive or board member of ANY private enterprise to bribe or gift any government employee or elected official comes with a mandatory jail term
and a whopper
for bribery etc - it should also mean the dissolution of the company
