I was at the AGM and heard a response to a question about possible acquisitions and Anglo-American; but I did not hear anything new or newsworthy.
Basically, Chair said BHP will mostly grow organically, but keeps a lookout on relevant others in industry and may act if price/value proposition is compelling and BHP can add value. No interest was expressed in any further bid for Anglo.
I have not seen the "press reports".
