Complete and utter cluster bomb of a capital raise. Free attaching options means that it is always going to trade below the issue price but at least with just a placement the money is raised quickly and life returns to normal. However tack on a SPP that is now going to be open for 6 weeks shows a level of stupidity not seen since……..the ACW capital raise. This has destroyed any positivity and goodwill towards the company, directors any management who have agreed to these terms.
