To the best of my knowledge the BOD Confirmed at the meeting that there will be NO distribution of cash or LLL shares wHile the arbitration is un resolved.

If EGTF play hard ball years and years of BS is to come. Lawyers will eat millions and millions. I was surprised at $5m in 2023. For what??

The crap turn out for the vote says the big instos have given up, as an unlisted company they can write the asset off and if they do that they cannot vote. You cant have it both ways,

International arbitration can take years and huge sums of money. AVZ has burnt through a huge amount and got no where. A ruling is followed by appeals etc etc

FFX is a write off IMO.

The best outcome is shareholders force a wind up through administration. At least this way some answers may come about and if any wrong doing is found out it can be reported to ASIC.

The IPO of LLL was a farce IMO, 2 days later the company it is delisted from goes belly up.. There is the starting point.


This is a corporate disaster.
