Not trying to be a smart arse but it says once they have funded $15m exploration over 5 years they are able to subscribe to 60% of EMC on their agreed terms, to me that sounds like a possible spin off company that subscribes means paying let’s say as an example not less than 1.5c or not more than 3c being at a % of the SP at the end of that 5 years, only guessing but subscribe has to mean pay to the license holder yes / no?. My example is just a no idea quote but if it works that way NRX gets to keep it full value in Uranium, Canadian assets , Witliev and others, I can live with all that and sounds amazing.
