A couple of weeks ago some of the UK press was carrying speculation of this new policy. The reading of the tea-leaves then was nuclear and large renewables were to be the main beneficiaries.
If fuel cells are carried by the new wave of investment in electricity generation that'll be great. Keep in mind we (CFU's products) still aren't eligible for FITs. Already announced subsidies will only extend to the first 12000(?)installed mCHP fuel cells.
