somewhat disappointed on the rig matter - they seem VERY averse to any detail on timing - which i know is often a good thing - cant over promise in doing that, but still we know it will need setting up etc and a driller probably would help, but having purchased the rig one would imagine they know what they needed to do to fix anything and hire people. Getting a driller for this job i reckon will be easier since they will be able to go home each night - a rare opp for many drillers.
