Sadly the days of betting on the small cap explorers is drawing to a close. The advent of algorithmic trading and its complete unregulation have made the odds firmly stacked against the average punter. Unless a minimum transaction amount is introduced and a transaction fee on all trades is implemented the bots will kill us every time. In addition small cap explorers have been decimated over the past few years most 5 year charts on 95% of these stocks show a significant down turn beginning around 2022. Potential is no longer a thing and holding long term is a thing of the past unless you wish to commit financial suicide. General consensus on other hot copper sites suggests small volume bot trades are manipulating these stocks prices in a detrimental way. Regulation will not happen as the system is strongly fixed against us and the minipulators will remain unchallenged as the ASX does not see a problem here so the only course of action is to not play the game. Dre may well become a self funded explorer however in my opinion it will not remove it from the blatant bot manipulation. My trading strategy is changing and chasing 10 + bag returns is now firmly off the radar. When you can place a buy sell order for 100 shares with a 1 share difference at the close of trade and drop the SP by 1 pip you know something is not right.
