Who would have guessed??
Interesting the next reinstatement date is 5 days after the deadline for completion of the deal, as stated in the Acquisition announcement, but I suspect Itafos will give them extra time as they want to get rid of the project and don't have any other suckers lined up to take it, which should by itself, tell you how bad the project really is!!
