    The manipulator has it in confined space today (and for a good while now) they stack up the buy and sell every day so nothing moves. It's only the ones that want to jump the stack that are the real buyers and sellers. The rest are just bots selling amounts retail wouldn't be allowed to. Clear the price is where they want it to sit. A lot of effort going into this on a day to day basis.
