You seem to infer that we are making shit up. The share price is the secondary market place of buyers and sellers. Sometimes it reflects the value of the company and some time it doesn't. In this case I believe that it doesn't and I happy to invest. I'm infront along way more than 4% as I've been adding to my position when the stock gets sold off. If you have a closer look, you will see the actual company is progressing alot better than the share price. Eventually the market will discover it (just a case of when).
