Not sure if everyone read the Director Fees bit properly:
- One NED is off the Board = no more fees/cash payments for that Director
- Other two NEDs:
-- Not getting paid any cash for their fees, and being paid in stock/options instead (from SEP 2024 to NOV 2025)
-- On top of that their fees (received in stock/options) will be reduced by 20% too
That's what I call being aligned with, and doing what's best for all shareholders (if them putting ~$7M of their own cash into the Company wasn't enough to show their alignment).
