I think a very large part of the problem has been the time required for govt approvals etc. I would have to go back through my notes for that time period, but we were nowhere near being ready back then I believe. So far I believe DC is operating in our best interests & very methodically. Things are looking much better now. The key really is China & how much longer they can suppress prices with dirty synthetic graphite. We all want things to happen faster, I understand that.
