How we vote will make no difference to the outcome - they control enough shares. But to just sit here day after day, week after week, month after month and be treated like ... I know its a small cap and risk and yadda yadda yadda but this has been exceptionally poor communication even for a small cap. It is only a protest vote to simply say - hey we are unhappy. It will not affect the outcome. But what is wrong with saying - resolution 1 - Renumeration - nothing has happened for 18 months. You have done nothing but halve the value of the company with poor communication - your renumeration for not talking to your shareholders should reflect your actions. Vote NO Resolution 2 - Reelection - I know nothing of Vesna apart from she is the company secretary and has some "special relationship" with a woman in Namibia. Why do we need an accountant on the board at this stage - bring in someone with exploration experience who can push it along. She will still be company secretary with the "special relationship" absolutely no need to be on the BOD, just filling a chair. Resolution 3 - 10% of shares - They give very, very vague explanation of why they want to be able to issue 10% additional share capital. Come and ask us when you know what you want to do. Please don't include another placement to your mates and exclude your shareholders.
By voting NO - NO - NO we destroy absolutely nothing because they will have it all tied up with their mates anyway. However, it will make them think a bit more about ignoring the small shareholders and treating them like sheet.
