yes the shareholders had replacement directors for the sacked board at the 2023 AGM , one of the replacements had extensive experience with DoD when working as the managing partner at a prestigious legal firm in Melbourne. DoD was their largest client. This nomination was not utilised to fill the board positions left vacant (according to legislation ) and was subsequently overlooked for an additional 4th Director by the simpletons appointed by peter batten in his wisdom and the controlling puppet strings from a distance . the shareholders should have removed batten as well when they had the chance however took him at his word that he had the shareholders best interests at heart and would appoint according to the shareholders wishes , then decided to appoint lightweights provided by the sacked board , resigned and fled ..... fairly poor form which will no doubt one day come back to haunt him i would say
