Australia is definitely being developed first. They are clearly talking about EMR maiden reserve/resource, DFS, final decision and begining works before end of 2024 for australia, whereas they talk about reserve/resource for memot for 2024, but nothing else. And I note that a 250 room camp is already being spoken about.
It seems pretty clear that the language indicates that a decision has effectively already occured, but thy have to go thru the usual formal stages to keep the market etc happy that nothing has been missed.
