Good point about the drilling, Quick. Given that all of the drilling was done on Hoepakrantz, and now that farm is gone, we may never know.

The drilling and IGC deal is tied to the court order stopping the drilling 1n 07.

Until I can get a case number I am concentrating on the failure to disclose the current court cases.
I will have a dig around the RG's if anything applies to The BSF of Tubatse and the listing I will let you know.

I did find this, which may well apply to the "independent expert" that Sage appointed to do the IGC/NKP Merge.

RG 112.8 The Corporations Act contains indicators that an expert must be, and must appear to be, independent in the provisions requiring an expert report for certain takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, for any compulsory acquisition and in the AFS licensee conflicts management provisions.

RG 112.31 An expert should prominently disclose in the report:
(a) the business or professional relationships with a commissioning party or any other interested party;

RG 112.13 This conflicts management obligation applies irrespective of:
(a) whether the expert states that it is independent of the commissioning party;
(b) any requirement that the expert not be an associate of the Commissioning party or any other interested party to a transaction (e.g)

As stated before, Grant Thronton is the Nominated adviser for Cape Lambert Iron ore in the UK. PL and Sage are/were Directors.

Once again this looks like another disclosure issue. If I can find the court case, it will be something more serious.
