Mihal might be the best one to ask on this Dejaco.

From what I can remember this was to be a joint AIM/JSE listing and the funds were destined to pay out the remaining balance of the Mashala acquisition.

So on this basis there will be a raising requirement and further dilution.You obviously cant raise funds by transfering shares between markets.Others may have better info than me though.I remember Mihal mentioning something on what what was to happen with these listings.

BUT if we can see the sp get to mid to high teens then we may only need to see another 150M or so shares issued to these markets.

I would be fairly confident there has been substantial O/S buying already.
