As people have mentioned previously new ventures take time once a handshake has occurred. We bought out another multimillion dollars business last year. Just between the previous owners and us took about 2 months of negotiations, then another 6 months +/- between solicitors. accountants etc and everyone else involved in the deal. Ours was a smooth process let alone being in a another country with different rules and regulations.
IMO 2025 will be a big year for ROG.
