Hi RVR, as you know the prospect of a US listing is a combination of timing and execution of financial conditions including a short period (~6m) of trading above 5 dollars per share. (Correct me if I am wrong). Unfortunately we have to wait until the impact of the new venture in Texas is beginning to be realized by investors which may take some time as the share price of Lynas (US) is trading right on the $5 mark. The US action should start shortly (end of the year)...
I have asked Amanda on several occasions about creating a direct market listing on the NASDAQ and her response was that Lynas is primarily an Australian company and is the primary focus of Lynas as a company. In other words there is no US direct listing for Lynas except buying Lynas directly through Interactive Brokerage. I have only been able to buy whole shares and I am having difficulty buying call options but direct ownership on the ASX allows for voting privileges on the ASX...
IMO the US venture is another very valuable card to have in the hand. Anyway little will move until the price of Nd/Pr starts heading north...
