    The only other way for it to work would be ROG getting a 20% stake, paying $X million a year and letting another company do the work. This would share the risk/reward, otherwise Shares* is correct. Money doesn't grow on trees and there is no free lunch. ROG won't get a near producing asset with lots of BBL without forking over a lot of money they dont have.
