I agree that there could be more upside for CUE. But it is also worth saying that regardless of the possible future, and taking into account all the risks and rewards, the market decided that CUE was worth around 31 cents yesterday.

Given that CUE hardly moved on the STO announcement, you would have to say that the market had correctly estimated CUE's price in the leadup to the announcement.

In a situation like this where the news is slowly drifting out, and informed decisions can be made or estimated, and it all gets averaged out, the market is usually correct.

Right now, CUE is worth 31 cents. On monday it could be worth more or less, but it is unlikely to vary by more than a normal deviation that would occur under the circumstances.
