Thanks Kev - we all hope he hits those targets, and hits them well.

I've attached a clearer version of the milestones that you've posted, per below.

The second milestone (b) of announcing a 100,000oz resource in about 12 months from now, will be quite an achievement from where we are now (and with some luck will be meeting the targets in the following year of 250,000oz, and then 400,000oz in a year after that).

The first milestone (a) is to be mining gold by the time the 100,000oz in the second milestone is announced.

Meaning they'll likely define and mine a smaller resource than the 100,000oz but at a much higher grade than the minimum of 3g/t Au for the 100,000oz (as Dean has mentioned quite a few times already).

I think @Polonium210 will likely/hopefully be in the ballpark of the initial resource from the Star that will be mined, and make the Company a lot of money: 25,000-30,000oz at ~8g/t Au (per this post: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/an...presentation.8291580/page-24?post_id=76422357).
