Of course not every site is in exactly the same boat, but they are all progressing towards approval. Any delay of the lead site just means the other sites catch up.
It is pointless going on and on about past formulations and “own trials”. Race only ever ran one trial as a sponsor (EMD AML) and it was cancelled by the previous management before a patient could be treated. Everyone seems to be forgetting the two successful Phase 2 IST trials in r/r AML. These were real human trials using our drug.
Yes it would have been nice if certain decisions had been made differently in the past, but continually focusing on past management is not going to help treat a single patient. If you want to criticise something criticise the decisions made since Nov 2023.
