I don't think he's seen anything sensitive or has insider information (from my impression of the conversation). Usually I don't give broker's opinions much value but he would see the trades. My impression was that he's anti investing in RDN because of his assessment of the red flags and risk profile. He mentioned that he personally wants me to prove him wrong and gave me his phone number to call if he's wrong lol.
