    It looks like a farm out to begin with, SPR retaining a percentage of Glenburgh's future value, but maybe it's a clever farm-in to the Canadian deposit, and Benz do all the work on both tenements!

    I agree it's not been done for the cash, which comes in two instalments anyway.
