I really don’t think it’s that many shares, if you take out regular trading volumes it’s only about 100m shares or 1.6m worth the last 6-8 weeks above normal.
I would argue a stacked bid like that, with the chart showing good support at .015 indicates this is ready to run with any sort of buying action.
