It is fair enough for this question but AUG will always be controlled by the chairman and his associated. The board will never be independent IMO. The question comes to if this projects is worthless. I believe it is good value given that the area holds a lot of gold mines and the lack of exploration in these tenement. With couple million cash position and exploration team in place, AUG could conduct a new exploration. I see this acquisition is consolidation so AUG will become chairman's flagship investment and he will focus on it. Previous two CR demonstrate its abilities to raise fund in premium to its pre-5 days weight average share price. I am confident to its near future.
