Lets also not forget that reduced debt and increased AUM will not only equal a greater stock price but also a most likely return to dividends as well.
Question: Assuming the share price is higher than the price they stated the share buyback would be (.25?)at the time of the consolidation do they just do the sharebuy back at market? Essentially at this point in time Apollo will be acquiring a 40% stake in the company at a huge discount?
