    The value of NMS was 20c per share prior to the trading halt and suspension.

    The value of NMS per share now is much less, since the shareholders were mislead by Lange and Co prior to the trading halt.

    If shareholders were informed, the on market value of the share would probably have been closer to 6c, the value they are attempting to raise capital at now.
